At your request, we will send out one of our qualified, friendly, and professional state-licensed termite inspector to make an inspection of your home. After the inspection is completed you will receive a comprehensive, typewritten report outlining all of our findings and recommendations. We are able to provide bids for the treatments and most of the repairs that might be included in our report. However, there are some findings that we might recommend employing other types of trades (i.e. plumber, roofer, drainage specialist, etc.). During our inspection we will be looking for subterranean termites, drywood termites, wood-destroying beetles, fungus infection/damage, dryrot, moisture conditions, leaks, faulty grade conditions, earth-to-wood contact conditions, and more. Once you receive the report the rest is up to you. If you would like us to correct any of the problems we noted in our report we have an in-house construction crew that is experienced in these types of repair. We also have licensed applicators that can perform any type of subterranean termite treatment or drywood termite treatment. If your house needs to be fumigated we can handle that too.
